COASTGUARD crews, including a helicopter and lifeboats, were spotted off the Sussex coast this morning.
A coastguard helicopter was seen flying off the coast of Rottingdean earlier today, with several shore-based crews spotted near some rocks on the beach.
It is believed the crews were involved in a search and rescue operation.
The RNLI and Sussex Police have been contacted for comment.
