A man has been left seriously injured after being hit by an unknown vehicle near a railway station.
Emergency services responded to reports of a man lying in the road with serious injuries at 9.30pm last night in Rusper Road, Horsham, near Littlehaven Railway Station.
The man, 29, from Horsham, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Officers believe he may have been hit by a vehicle which failed to stop.
Police would like to speak to anyone who has information that could help with the investigation, particularly people who were around the area of Littlehaven Railway Station between 9.20pm and 9.45pm on Sunday, October 16.
