A police dog helped lead officers to two men suspected of failing to stop at the scene of a crash.

PD Rogue helped find two men who ditched their car and ran into a residential area.

The vehicle failed to stop at the scene of a crash and was picked up by ANPR cameras heading towards Hastings.

When officers attempted to stop the vehicle to speak with the driver, it "drove into a police vehicle" and then sped off.

The car was found abandoned but PD Rogue was able to track the first man hiding under a vehicle.

PD Rogue then led his dog handler PC Kevin Parsons to the other man after going through a garden and across a bushy area.

A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, driving without insurance, failing to stop and driving without a licence.
