A road leading into the city is partially blocked after a crash reportedly involving two vehicles.
The accident was first reported after 3pm today southbound in Lewes Road, near Newmarket Road, in Brighton.
It is taking around 20 minutes to get through at the moment.
It is unclear if there are any serious injuries.
Sussex Police have been approached for comment.
