A kebab shop is offering two-for-one meals as part of a new deal – including an all new pink kebab.

German Doner Kebab in North Street, Brighton, is offering the deal every Tuesday.

Among the more unusual items on the menu is the new Coco Kebab, served in a pink bread. Other options included original kebabs and veggie kebabs.

The brand now has moe than 100 restaurants in the UK alone as it "continues to bring the GDK experience" to more places across the globe.

Daniel Bunce, GDK global chief operating officer, said: “We are delighted to give something back to our loyal customers with our new two for one Tuesday offer.

“The new promotion will give customers the choice of any two mains for the price of one, a great and affordable opportunity for anyone who wants to try our game-changing kebabs that are revolutionising the kebab across the country.

“Included in the deal is our new Coco Kebab which was recently added to our list of game-changing products and gives our customers something disruptive and deliciously unexpected.”

The Coco Kebab is the UK’s first pink kebab and is served in a pink, coconut-infused waffle bread.

The meal also includes doner meat as well as a range of salads and is described as having “a seriously delicious balance of nutty sweetness mixed with GDK savoury flavours”.

The company said the deal was perfect for those looking to eat cheaply as the cost-of-living crisis continues.

German Doner Kebab first opened its doors in June and has offered a number of deals since then.

It held a £1 kebab day in October where customers were able to eat cheaply throughout the day.

The brand first opened its doors in Berlin in 1989.
