Fire crews were called to a barn targeted by arsonists.
The blaze happened at the building in a field near Brewhurst Lane, Loxwood, near Wisborough Green, just before 6pm yesterday.
Crews from Petworth, Billingshurst, Midhurst and Horsham were sent to put it out.
Investigations confirmed the fire was started deliberately.
