Pupils at a school will be paying their respects to those killed in the war in Ukraine as part of a Remembrance Day service.
Alongside British soldiers killed in the line of duty, students at the Firle Church of England Primary School will be laying a special wreath to remember the ongoing Russian invasion at a war memorial in the village.
The wreath, made in the colours of the Ukrainian flag, will be presented by one of three Ukrainian children who attend the school.
More than 10,000 Ukrainian soldiers are thought to have been killed since the start of the war in February, as well as an estimated 40,000 civilians.
The war memorial in the Sussex village commemorates the 11 residents who fell during the First World War and the three residents who were killed in combat during the Second World War.
