A man who exposed himself near a swimming pool is wanted by police for not appearing at court.
David Heard, 67, previously admitted intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see and be caused alarm or distress, in Barrack Yard, near the Prince Regent Swimming Complex in Brighton.
The offence was committed on January 11, 2022
Now a warrant for his arrest has been issued after he failed to appear in court for his sentencing hearing.
Heard, of Burlington Street, Brighton, also indicated a guilty plea to exposing himself in a separate incident which took place on his birthday on July 28, 2022, in Carlton Hill in Brighton, as well as assaulting an emergency worker.
Heard was due to appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, November 16, for sentencing but did not attend.
A warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest for not attending court.
