A teenage girl has been taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a "serious collision" on the A27.
A motorcycle was travelling along the A27 when it crashed in Crockhurst Hill in Salvington, near Worthing, at around 9.25pm yesterday.
A 25-year-old man, who was driving the motorbike suffered serious injuries, with a 17-year-old girl - who was a passenger - in a critical condition in hospital after sustaining life-threatening injuries.
Her next of kin are being supported by specially trained officers.
Police are urging anyone with information, dashcam or video doorbell fotage at the time of the collision, or anyone who witnessed a motorcylist with a pillion passenger in the area to report it to officers.
