A high street was closed after a 17-year-old boy was hit by a car.
The incident happened last night in Henfield High Street at around 6.20pm.
The windscreen of the blue Honda Jazz was smashed in following the crash.
A 17-year-old boy suffered minor injuries.
The road was closed briefly and several police cars were at the scene.
