House prices in Brighton and Hove have gone up by an average of over £3,000 in the month of September, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in September 2022 average house prices in Brighton and Hove reached £449,535.

This was up from £445,826 in July, representing a 0.8 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 14.2 per cent.
