Christmas tree collection points across the city are filling up as the Christmas season comes to a close.

Real Christmas trees are beginning to fill up collection points across Brighton and Hove, where they will be turned into soil improver or compost.

Residents can drop off their tree at over 20 sites in the city, from Hove Lawns to East Brighton Park between now and Monday, January 9.

Artificial trees can be recycled at the city’s tips in Hove and Brighton, on the Old Shoreham Road and Wilson Avenue respectively.
