A new dessert restaurant is set to open in the city at the site of a new development.
Heavenly Desserts is preparing to open in London Road, Brighton, with an illuminated sign and digital screen on display to passersby.
The interior has been decorated with hanging lights and booths for customers with a sweet tooth to sample the wares.
It is not clear when the branch will open.
The company was founded in 2008 and offers a range of luxury desserts from cheesecakes, cookie dough, crepes, mochi - a Japanese rice cake to “croffles” - a waffle made with croissant dough.
Heavenly Desserts has branches across the country, including York, Cambridge, Manchester and Nottingham.
The new venue is at a new student housing complex, which opened last September. A new Co-op opened at the site last year.
Starbucks is also set to open a new coffee shop next door to the dessert shop in the near future.
Heavenly Desserts was approached for comment.
