Three people have been killed in a car crash in Eastbourne.

The victims, all men, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident happened in Decoy Drive on Monday evening.

The men, aged 36, 32 and 21, were all from Berkshire. Their next of kin have been informed.

Sussex Police said emergency services responded to the single-vehicle collision shortly after 11pm. 

A force spokesman said: “An investigation is ongoing to establish the full circumstances of what happened. The road has now reopened.

“Anybody who witnessed the incident, anything leading up to it or has relevant CCTV footage that could help, is asked to contact police online or via 101, quoting Operation Brinmore.”
