Part of the A29 is closed after a serious accident near the Sussex hamlet of Adversane
A section of the A29 has been closed following a serious accident near a Sussex hamlet.
The A29 Stane Street is closed in both directions around Adversane, near Billingshurst, from the B2133 Adversane Lane to Broomers Hill Lane.
Police are understood to be at the scene of the incident, which is understood to have taken place at around 9.30pm last night, and are carrying out investigation work.
Sussex Police have been contacted for comment.
