An appeal for information has been launched following a crash on the A29.
Police remain at the scene of the collision in Adversane, near Billingshurst, after the incident last night.
It happened between the B2133 Adversane Lane and Gay Street Lane at around 9.30pm.
A section of the A29 remains closed in both directions, with debris scattered across the road.
Access to nearby Brinsbury College is being granted from the Billingshurst side, with the Pulborough side remaining closed to the public.
Accident investigation work is continuing in the area and police have put up posters urging the public to report any information they have about the crash.
Sussex Police have been contacted for comment.
