Emergency services were called to the scene after a car crashed into a house.
The car slammed into the side of a building at the Ramsey Way junction of Beatty Road in Eastbourne earlier this morning.
The vehicle, which was displaying a learner plate in the windscreen, suffered considerable damage to its front bumper. Its airbag was also deployed in the crash.
Fire crews from Lewes and Battle, including a technical rescue unit, were called to the scene of the crash in the residential neighbourhood, which is understood to have taken place at around 9.50am.
Police were also spotted attending the incident.

It is understood that there were no injuries in the collision.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue was contacted for comment.
