There are severe delays on a main road towards the city after a lorry broke down.
Motorists are facing delays of 27 minutes on Ashcombe roundabout westbound between the A27 and A27 Falmer Hill.
The delays stretch from Falmer back to Lewes and are being compounded by rush hour traffic.
