Over 27,000 people have signed a Change.org petition that calls for Katie Price to be banned from owning animals after several died in her care.

The petition was first launched three years ago, but after the recent death of her Pomeranian Sharon, 16,000 additional supporters signed it.

According to the petition, critics have alleged that Katie's animals, including dogs, a horse, and a chameleon, died of neglect and were not properly cared for, trained to attack, and even left to die alone.

The author of the petition urged people to stop Katie Price from keeping animals again.

Sources have shared their experiences of discovering the conditions in which the animals lived.

One eye-witness claimed to have seen the star's dogs walking in their own excrement beside their filthy cages.

An insider said that toilet roll could be seen strewn across a dirty wooden floor where there was both excrement and grime.

Some of her pets died under bizarre circumstances.

Her dog Rolo died suffocated in an electric chair, whilst her Alsatian Sparkle was hit by a car.

Her German Shepherd Queenie was also killed by a delivery driver.

During an episode of her old reality show, she admitted that her daughter's pet hedgehog Peggy was nowhere to be found.

Katie then revealed that she had given Sharon cannabis oil before its death, not knowing that it was illegal without a prescription.

Katie Price currently owns chihuahuas Captain, Buddy, Colin, and Batman, as well as the guard dog Blade.

She is said to be devastated by the petition against her owning animals.
