Worthing feastival is an annual food and drink festival/market hosted in Steyne Gardens from the 28th of April to the 1st of May. After a successful first year in Worthing in 2019, the ‘feastival’ has become popular in the town with many different food, drink and clothing stalls available, as well as offering live music and rides for children. Steyne Gardens is a greenspace located near the town centre as well as opposite the seafront, making it accessible with beautiful views.

Naomi Horton, who visited the food and drink festival said: “I think these local activities are really important in towns like Worthing, as they help to bring the community together. It seems especially important during a time when many people are affected by the cost-of-living crisis, that there are events like this that are accessible. If you are in the area I would definitely stop to listen to some live performances and try some of the varied food on offer if you can.

These markets, however, are not exclusive to Worthing, for example, there are some upcoming spring markets in Eastbourne, Oxted and Broadstairs just to name a few. For more information about these you can visit Events - We hold Markets all around the UK, This listing details all of our markets and events open for bookings. (marketsquaregroup.co.uk)

Entrance is free and there is no need to book so I would recommend the feastival to anyone looking for an afternoon out in the sun, especially for people with children. For more information about the Worthing venue, you can visit Worthing FreeWheelin FEASTival 2022 - Time For Worthing.
