As many of us gear up for the long coronation weekend to celebrate the new reign of King Charles, we have found some of the best things for you to do in West Sussex.
Hundreds of events will be taking place across the county to ring in the big day, from street parties to screenings of the day's proceedings.
Chichester Cathedral
From 10am on Saturday the big event will be screened in the picturesque grounds of Chichester Cathedral.
Everyone is welcome to sit on a deckchair and picnic in Cathedral Green while the proceedings are broadcast.
The city centre will be adorned with Union flags and coronation flags designed by school children.
Beach tennis
Also on Saturday is the King's Coronation Beach Tennis cup in Worthing.
The tournament, starting at 10am on the the beach volleyball courts near Splashpoint Leisure Centre, will see four draws in the International Beach Tennis categories of men's doubles advanced, men's doubles intermediate, women's doubles advanced and women's doubles intermediate.
Libraries
Libraries across West Sussex are hosting coronation-themed events for little ones on Saturday.
Craft activities ranging from crown making, colour-in bunting and activity sheets to storytime sessions will be on offer at some libraries.
Families can also pick up seed packets from 36 libraries to mark the new reign.
Coronation Big Lunch
The New Inn pub in Littlehampton is inviting people to take a plate of food to the pub this Sunday. There will be live music and a party atmosphere.
Town centre party
Horsham Town Centre will be transformed this Sunday for a "street party like no other", according to a spokesman from the district council.
Across the town, including Piries Place, The Carfax, Market Square, West Street and Horsham Museum and Art Gallery, will be live music, street performances, children’s activities and more.
Parish Hall Party
Residents in Lancing can watch the historic moment on Saturday inside the parish hall in South Street.
Tea, cake, and sandwiches will be on offer followed by a street party in neighbouring Chester Avenue on Sunday.
Beacon illumination
Also in Lancing, the beacon will be lit to celebrate the big day on Saturday evening.
Following the successful illumination of hundreds of beacons along the Sussex Coast for the Queen's Jubilee, Lancing Beacon will be illuminated once again for the coronation.
