A rapist preyed on a 12-year-old girl in Brighton Marina car park.
Niall O’Sullivan, 27, raped the girl at a car park in the marina on Sunday, May 7.
Officers were called to the scene at about 2pm that day.
O’Sullivan, a motor mechanic from Birmingham, pleaded guilty at Lewes Crown Court yesterday to raping a child under the age of 13.
He has been remanded in custody until a mention hearing on August 29.
