Rock stars Royal Blood have been staples of the UK music scene after shooting to fame in 2014 with their eponymous debut album.

Providing listeners with chart hits such as Figure It Out and Out of the Black, rockers Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher both hail from West Sussex after forming in Worthing in 2011.

The band will hope for a more sympathetic audience at Glastonbury when they open for Alex Turner and the Arctic Monkeys tonight at 8.15pm.

Later this summer, the Royal Blood rockers can also look forward to a raucous homecoming after being announced for Brighton’s On the Beach festival in July.
