Trains are disrupted, with some being cancelled altogether, after "a number of incidents" on a railway line.
A number of incidents between Uckfield and Oxted means some lines are disrupted.
Some trains are being cancelled, delayed by up to 15 minutes or revised.
Incidents include a signalling failure near Hever and an earlier trespass incident at Oxted.
It means trains on the route between East Grinstead and London Victoria may be delayed by up to 20 minutes.
A spokesman for GTR, the operator in charge of Southern services, said: "We don't have an exact estimate for the delays on this route, but please leave at least 30 minutes of extra time."
