The A259 has been closed in both directions following a 'serious collision'.
Emergency services have been called to the scene of the crash in Main Road, Emsworth, near The Sussex Brewery.
The incident is understood to have involved two vehicles and a cyclist.

An air ambulance has also been called to the scene, along with police and ambulance crews.
Fire crews from Worthing and Havant are also at the incident, with people urged to stay away from the area.
Sussex Police described the incident as a "serious collision" and said significant disruption is expected in the area for the next few hours.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to email collision.appeal@sussex.police.uk, quoting Operation Curlew.
