Last week I was not allowed to purchase alcohol from a supermarket in Seaford because I had my 16-year-old daughter with me.
I am 62. The supermarket cashier did not believe that the alcohol I wished to purchase was for me and, because my daughter was helping me with my shopping, it had to be for her.
It is not wise to take your children shopping with you if you are buying alcohol.
