The body of a young man has been found in the back yard of an empty house.
Builders converting the building into flats in Buckingham Road, Brighton, discovered a man in his 20s lying dead in a basement patio area at about 8am yesterday morning.
Sussex Police's major crime branch and the Health and Safety Executive are running a joint investigation into the death.
The death is being treated as unexplained.
Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the Buckingham Road area around 3.00am on Monday June 30 who may have seen a man in the street at this time.
