A man is being sought after money was taken from the till of a WH Smith in a reported robbery.
The robber is alleged to have taken the cash from the store in Terminus Road in Eastbourne on Saturday afternoon.
A Sussex Police spokeswoman said officers want to speak to a man pictured in CCTV footage.
He has short black hair and was wearing a black T-shirt and shorts.
The spokeswoman said: “We’d like to speak to him in relation to a robbery at the WH Smith store in Terminus Road, Eastbourne.
“The suspect entered the shop around 3.30pm on Saturday, August 19, and took money from the till before leaving and heading north along Terminus Road.
“Investigating officers believe the man pictured has information that can assist with their ongoing enquiries and ask him, or anyone who recognises him, to get in touch.
“They’d also like to speak to any witnesses who were in the area at the time and saw what happened.
“Information can be passed to police online or by calling 101 quoting serial 939 of 19/08.”
