Being an "ancient wobbly", I am in entire agreement with Michael Robins (Letters, June 24).

The precipitous climb to the Royal Sussex County Hospital's Millennium Wing is fit for only mountain goats. The alternative is to struggle through the confusing puzzle of the building itself.

Mr Robins' suggestion of running a buggy shuttle up the challenging incline would surely be the only humane solution. Even the more nimble among us would appreciate it.
