A cyclist who rode his bike onto a 750-volt railway track has left intensive care.
The 47-year-old man lost control of his cycle on the station platform at Warrior Square in St Leonards on June 24 and plunged onto the live rail.
He was resuscitated by paramedics at the scene having suffered severe burns to his face and body.
Doctors at the Conquest Hospital in St Leonards, where he was treated, described his condition as critical at the time.
He has now been moved to the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, which specialises in treating burns injuries.
