A brand selling vitamins which promise to “empower women” through menopause is launching in a high street store.
From Monday, September 11, Wild Nutrition, a supplement company in Lewes, will have its products in Holland and Barrett stores across the country, including ones in Brighton.
Its vitamins, minerals and botanicals are designed to help women through “key life stages”, from pregnancy through to menopause.
Matt Hiscock, chief executive of Wild Nutrition, from Brighton, said: “Launching in Holland And Barrett will bring the Wild Nutrition range to more people on high streets across the UK, which means we can support and empower more women at whatever life stage they are at, more than ever before.
“Our supplements are naturally sourced, they are free from binders and fillers and are highly absorbed by the body - other high street supplements can’t say the same.”
Holly Finch, category manager at Holland and Barrett, said: “Holland And Barrett purpose is to make health and wellness a way of life for everyone, adding quality years to life.
“We’re continually looking to bring our customers the latest innovation to give them a range of options as they navigate this life stage, so we’re delighted to expand our offering with this range from Wild Nutrition.”

The new perimenopause complex was created by Henrietta Norton, from Lewes, who founded Wild Nutrition in 2012.
Henrietta has more than 20 years of formulation and clinical expertise in women’s health and was created to combat the symptoms of perimenopause, the period of hormone changes before women enter the menopause.
Henrietta said: “The perimenopause complex is a formula that differentiates this unique but universal stage in a woman’s life. The formulation sets a new standard to tackle the very distinct needs of a woman going through perimenopause, which aren’t the same as what a woman encounters in menopause.
“The perimenopause complex has a more exacting focus on the mental and emotional impact of perimenopause.”
The perimenopause complex is available in Holland and Barrett stores nationwide and the Wild Nutrition website for £35.
