Lewes is not the town for a "Marks & Sparks". Why not build a brand new bus station? That would benefit the entire town. The buses are all struggling to come in by Waitrose every day with people standing in East Street.
Lewes is a narrow, congested town which was, in the early days, for horse and cart only.
It is overdeveloped now. We are destroying our historic town.
To build more homes on the flood plains of Lewes is madness after the last disasters. Will the planners be living in these houses once built?
The planning department never seems to listen to the public.
