A new burger restaurant is set to open its doors this week.

The Burger Barn is opening a second restaurant in Brighton after opening in Lancing in January.

Its menu boasts a range of burgers, including the “Mile High Club”, with four beef patties, onion rings, a hash brown, bacon and cheese, and “The Wrangler”, which comes with three beef patties, three slices of cheddar cheese and bacon.

Along with beef and chicken burgers, The Burger Barn will have a number of vegan options, with fiery veggie patties with vegan mayo.

The restaurant, which uses locally sourced ingredients, will also offer a specialist breakfast menu from next week.

A spokesman for The Burger Barn said: “We’ve been flat out getting everything ready for opening.

“All our food is fresh, homemade and we use local suppliers. Our meat is from a Lancing butcher, our bread is baked fresh every morning from a bakery in Findon, our cheese is made in Sussex and our veg is from Brighton.”

The restaurant, located next to the Ruby Pub in Coldean Lane, Brighton, will open to customers from midday on Friday, September 29.
