These proud players from Moulsecoomb School in Brighton are pleased after their unexpected victory in the Barlow Cup.
They were bottom of the league in 1959/60 but won the cup 2-1.
Barry Ransom, of Telscombe Cliffs, who sent the picture in, scored the winning goal. He thinks the opponents were Knoll School in Hove. He is sitting to the right of the captain, Neil Swain, and is still friendly with him.
Although the match was almost half a century ago, Barry still recalls it as a wonderful occasion.
