A new Marks and Spencer food hall is set to open next month brimming with fresh food and a dedicated wine shop.

The M&S Food hall in Uckfield is set to take over a 15,000 square foot store and will include a dedicated grocery section and a bakery.

The new site, based at the Ashdown Business Park, is one of twenty stores set to open in the next year and will create more than 80 jobs.

Gavin Boddy, store manager at the M&S store, said: said: “We are really excited to announce that the new M&S Uckfield Food hall will open on November 8.

“I can’t wait to welcome the local community in to visit the store next month and see it all for themselves. The new Food hall is packed with so many exciting new features which we can’t wait to reveal, so we’re counting down the days to finally open the doors.”

Highlights of the store include a bakery and a dedicated M&S wine store.

The site is the latest addition to the Ashdown Business Park after Home Bargains announced they would be opening a site there in January.
