Pews, balconies and even the altar will be taken over by 105 Christmas trees to ring in the festive season at a historic church.
Youth groups, schools, charities and other organisation in Uckfield will be busy decorating trees in the run up to Christmas ready to go on display at the Holy Cross Church at the start of December.
Some 5,500 visitors are set to visit the church in Belmont Road between December 1 and 3 to a soundtrack of festive music.

The free event will have mulled wine and crafts on offer with a prize draw including Michelin star restaurant meals and a range of gifts.
A spokesman for the Festival of Christmas Trees said: "Everyone, regardless of their situation, can attend and enjoy this magical display which we feel is a vital offering at this time when so many families are struggling and the expectations at Christmas continue to grow."
At the centre of the church will be the tree of angels, a focal point where visitors can leave a message or name of loved ones they have lost.
