A former gift shop is set to become a home fragrance and cosmetic store.
Pecksniffs has submitted a planning application to Brighton and Hove City Council for the display of one non-illuminated fascia sign and one non-illuminated projecting sign at 27a Bond Street.
The unit was formerly home to Sass and Belle which closed earlier this year.
The outlet store sold the brand's gifts and homeware items at discounted prices and was in North Laine for about ten years.
Pecksniffs currently has a site in Meeting House Lane, Brighton.
