Joseph Eubank has been charged with rape.
A girl under the age of 18 reported being raped by a man near to Brighton's Palace Pier on July 16, 2022.
Joseph Eubank, 27, of Hill Drive in Hove, was arrested and charged with two counts of rape of a woman over 16.

The girl was supported by specialist officers while an investigation was launched.
Joseph Eubank, who is boxer Chris Eubank senior's youngest son, has been released on bail with strict conditions and will appear before Brighton Magistrates’ Court on January 11, 2024.
