A successful estate agent firm has a new office.

Savills Brighton has moved to an office in York and Elder Works building in New England Street.

The company first opened an office in the city in 2019 and over the last four years has expanded and outgrown its first office. It has now moved from Mocatta House, Trafalgar Place, Brighton.

The team of 15 provide a range of planning and development consultancy services as well as development agency work, residential development sales consultancy and a site agency service.

Guy Dixon, head of office at Savills Brighton, said: “We are pleased to have moved into our smart new office and thrilled that our recent successes have meant that we have grown the local team and added specialist skills. 

"We are now very well placed to continue to build on our existing presence in this thriving city and would be pleased to discuss any project which requires planning or development advice.”
