A new bike, a private terrarium workshop and a couple’s cooking class are among the prizes up for grabs in a bid to raise thousands for a children’s charity.

More than £2,000 worth of prizes have been donated by businesses as part of a fundraiser between the Rockinghorse children’s charity and Komedia comedy club in Brighton.

The initiative aims to raise thousands of pounds to support the charity’s specialist psychologist to provide emotional support for families.

Among the prizes up for grabs are a Carrera Crossfire 2 Hybrid bike worth nearly £400 and a private terrarium workshop for four people at Brighton plant shop Between Two Thorns.

The fundraiser, part of the One Day At A Time campaign, aims to raise more than £10,000 for the charity.

It would fund Rockinghorse’s specialist oncology psychologist who provides therapy and support to children and their parents.

To be entered into the draw to win the prizes, people must donate at least £10 to Rockinghorse through its JustGiving page.

Komedia, which is partnering with the charity, is also encouraging entrants to share the page.
