A dance fitness event takes place next week to raise money for a hospice charity.
Jo Gibson, a fitness instructor from Brighton, is hosting it on Saturday, March 16, at The Shoreham Centre, in Pond Road, Shoreham, in aid of Friends of Sussex Hospices.
The charity has hospices across the county including in Worthing, Hove and Eastbourne.
Eight dance instructors will host the two-hour dance event, which will include zumba, a Latin-inspired dance style, and the high energy Broadway boogie.

Representatives of the charity will be at the event.
The finale will be performed by young adults with learning difficulties from local Brighton charity Spiral.
Jo said the event will be "a fabulously eclectic mix of Salsa, Bollywood, Flamenco, Hollywood hits and more."
Tickets are £16 each and doors will open from 2.15pm.
