A trio recklessly riding their electric motorbikes through the city centre have been caught on camera - and police are keen to identify them.
The balaclava-wearing youths were pictured near the Chichester Cross monument atop their off-road style motorbikes.

Officers were called to the scene following reports of antisocial behaviour from passersby.
A spokesman said: "Officers were called at around 5pm on Saturday, 24 February to three young people driving electric motorbikes recklessly in West Street and East Street."
