A new sandwich bar and coffee shop is set to open this month.
La Brioche, in South Street, Lancing, will open within the coming weeks once renovation works are complete.
Owners Jake McCabe, 28, and Neil Munday, 31, have said they are "very excited" to open the shop in their hometown.
The friends told The Argus it has been their "dream" for "many years".

Once open, the shop aims to have an "expansive menu" available for the community to enjoy, with gluten-free and vegan options available.
Locally sourced ingredients will be used where possible, the owners also said.
Jake and Neil added: "We are very excited to open our first La Brioche.
"Opening a sandwich shop in our home town has been a dream for us for many years, and now it is about to happen we are overwhelmed with happiness and excitement.
"We want our clients to be involved with the evolution of the menu and business by having an input into our menu.
"We are excited to get the shop open and see a lot of local faces coming in to get their breakfast and lunch."
The duo plan to also provide job opportunities for people in the local area.
They are currently recruiting for staff.
No exact opening date has been confirmed however it is expected to be by the end of the month.
