An elderly man has admitted possessing more than 800 indecent images of children.
Graham Cosserat, 84, pleaded guilty to making indecent photographs and possessing prohibited images of children.
On October 14, 2021, Cosserat was caught with 830 images of children including 16 category A images, which are the most serious.
Cosserat will be sentenced on May 9 at Lewes Crown Court.

Presiding chair at Brighton Magistrates Harry Callaghan said: “The offences are so serious that you need greater punishment than we can give.”
Cosserat, of California Road in New Malden, London, admitted possessing 389 prohibited images of a child.
He also admitted three charges of making indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child. There were 325 category C images, 100 category B images and 16 category A images.
Cosserat has been released on unconditional bail until his sentencing.
