Warrant issued for man accused of carrying imitation firearm in city park
A warrant has been issued for a man accused of carrying an imitation firearm.
Eddie Murphy, 34, is accused of carrying a BB gun in Preston Park, Brighton, on April 10, 2022.
Murphy, of Middle Street, Brighton, is charged with possessing an imitation firearm in a public place.
A warrant for his arrest was issued yesterday after he failed to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court.
