A fox cub that was attacked by a dog is now in a rescue centre.
The cub was found in a Hailsham garden on Friday night by the dog's owners who managed to get their pet under control after hearing the altercation.
East Sussex Wildlife Rescue and Ambulance Service was called to rescue the fox cub.

The crew found it hidden behind rockery in the garden and took it to the casualty centre in Whitesmith, near Lewes.
A spokesman for the wildlife charity said: "When rescuers arrived they look around the garden and eventually found the cub well hidden behind a rockery making the capture rather awkward.
"The cub was taken to WRAS's casualty centre where it was checked over and placed under observation due to concerns over its breathing.
"It is hoped that the fox will recover quickly and hopefully be reunited back with its family soon."
The fox cub is one of many that have been rescued this year.
