A coffee giant will open a new store in Sussex.
Pret a Manger will move into 142 Terminus Road, Eastbourne, after being granted planning permission for two applications.
One application regarded the installation of internally illuminated fascia signage and an illuminated projecting sign.
The other applied for the addition of a single-story extension to the building for extra seating.
The unit was formerly occupied by Patisserie Valerie.
Pret a Manger already has a shop in East Street, Brighton.
