A half-naked man was found with a Stanley knife and drugs near a seafront.
Sussex Police received reports of a man naked from the waist down in Madeira Drive, Brighton, at around 10.10am on July 9.
A man was arrested at the scene and a search of his bag found drugs and a knife.

William Mann, 49, of Hendon Street in Brighton, was charged with indecent exposure, possession of a Class A drug, possession of a bladed article in a public place and using threatening/abusive words to cause alarm.
He has been released on court bail, to appear at a court to be confirmed on August 8.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to report online or via 101, quoting serial 388 of 09/07.
