A man from Sussex has been charged with an offence relating to disorder in the capital last week.
Alfie White, of Welton Rise, in St Leonards, is one of 21 people to have been charged in relation to disorder in Whitehall, central London, on the evening of Wednesday, July 31.
The 21-year-old will answer the charge of possession of class A drugs at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, September 5.
The Metropolitan Police said its investigators are pursuing dozens of cases.

The force is working with the Crown Prosecution Service which has made extra lawyers available to "ensure swift decision making", the Met said.
Deputy Assistant Commissioner Andy Valentine, who is leading the Met's operation, said: “It has been hugely heartening to see communities come together this week and it is our privilege to support them.
“This weekend you will see our officers in your neighbourhoods. They are there to help you and if you have any concerns please speak to them.”
