A longstanding Italian restaurant is up for sale.
La Piazza in Western Road in Hove has gone on the market for offers in excess of £900,000. The advert says “the property comprises an impressive four-storey building that has been fitted to an extremely high standard throughout” with a restaurant, bar and “very well fitted kitchen space".
The restaurant is the 11th best rated restaurant in Hove on Tripadvisor and won the reviewing site's "Traveller's Choice" in 2023.
The property, which is a freehold, recently came under new management. The previous owners ran the restaurant for seven years.
